The preliminary sketch
The background colors were sprayed in using simple rectangular stencils. The white circle (that will eventually be the sun) was achieved by placing an old spray can lid on the board before spraying the blue.
The rest of the sign was markered in. The lettering was free-handed on...
A red boarder was applied and the details of the landscape drawn in.
