18"x36" foam core board, spray paint and paint markers 
The larger letters are hand cut out of foam core then attached. The smaller ones are hand lettered right on the blue background.
In addition to the sign background and the large text, I also made the sign's border and the flowers out of foam core board. The back of the flower petals were scored at the base so they would bend forward, It adds a little more of a 3D effect.
